This document explains the data we process on behalf of your employer.

What information do we hold about you?

The data we hold could include any of the following:

• Employee Number
• Title
• First Name
• Last Name
• Postal address
• Contact Details (including email address and mobile phone number)
• Details of previous orders e.g sizing, garments ordered etc
• Branch Code
• Grade Code
• Start Date
• Leave Date
• Data retention period - 24 months

Why do we hold this information and what do we do with it?

The information we hold about you is only used in enable us to supply you with uniform/corporate clothing/PPE on behalf of your employer, we do not share the information with third parties nor use it for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and correction.

We act as a data processor of your personal information and we do so on behalf of a 'data controller' (your employer).

You have a right to request a copy of the information stored on you via your employer as the data controller.
